1.1 Welcome to the Lemonboxes platform (the “Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Site or creating a Lemonboxes account (“Account”) to understand your legal rights and obligations with respect to Lemonboxes Ltd. The contract for sale is formed directly between Buyers and Sellers. Lemonboxes is not a party to any contract and assumes no liability for transactions, product listings, or warranties.

1.4 Before using our Site or Services, you must:

• Consent to the processing of your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

1.5 Lemonboxes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the Site or Services without notice.

3. Limited Licence

• Notify Lemonboxes immediately of unauthorised use of your Account; and
• Ensure your Account information is accurate and up to date.

5.2 Lemonboxes reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your Account for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;
• Operating multiple accounts; or
• Behaviour harmful to other Users or Lemonboxes’s business interests.

5.3 Users may terminate their Account by notifying Lemonboxes in writing. However, you remain responsible for any incomplete transactions.

6. Prohibited Use

6.1 You agree not to:

• Upload or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Use the Services to harm, harass, or impersonate others;
• Infringe any intellectual property rights;
• Disrupt or manipulate the Site, including hacking, reverse engineering, or introducing viruses;
• Circumvent any sanctions, embargoes, or UK laws relating to anti-money laundering or fraud.

7. Violations

9. Purchases and Payments

9.1 Payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Card: Processed via third-party payment providers.
• Bank Transfers: Buyers must upload payment confirmation within three (3) days.

9.2 Lemonboxes is not liable for errors in payment information provided by Buyers.

10. Seller Wallet

10.1 Funds from sales are credited to your Seller Wallet within three (3) days of product delivery confirmation.

10.2 Sellers may submit one free withdrawal request per week; additional withdrawals may incur a fee, as specified on the Site.

10.3 Lemonboxes may debit your Seller Wallet to correct errors, recover unpaid fees, or settle disputes in accordance with UK law.

10.4 If you fail to provide valid withdrawal details, unclaimed funds may be handled under the UK Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Act 2008.

10.5 Lemonboxes reserves the right to limit, freeze, or suspend your Seller Wallet for any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 Changes to Terms: Lemonboxes reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site.

12.2 Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

12.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Lemonboxes.
